Our Vision:
The Northumberland Stars mission is to build a team that not only competes at the highest level while building for a Russell Cup Championship but also embodies the spirit of what it means to be a Star. The focus is on the development of the athletes—both on and off the ice—promoting teamwork, integrity, and work ethic as well as building confidence and self-esteem. The goal is to shape the character and prepare each person both mentally and physically to become a better athlete and individual.  We aim to create an environment where players, coaches, and staff can thrive, while inspiring the next generation of hockey players and to bring championship-level hockey to Northumberland.
